FAQs

To reset your password, navigate to your login screen and select, Forgot Password, then, Send Me Instructions. A reset link will be sent to the email address you use to log in, enabling you to set and confirm a new password.

Clients with active logins can click Forgot Password on their Client Portal login page to reset their password.

We want you to become experts on your system, so we provide an extensive library of training and support resources directly through your platform, under the Orion Support tab. Log in to read release notes and user guides; sign up for online training courses through Ascent, our e-Learning platform; or start a discussion with an Orion Subject Matter Expert. You can also track and monitor all support requests right from your Orion Support dashboard. If you’re still unsure, look for Assist Me, our in-app guide that will show you step-by-step how to complete a task such as updating an email address or changing a management strategy on an account, located in the top right corner of your navigation bar.

Our support teams are standing by, Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm Central, ready to answer your questions. Because we want to make sure you get the level of expertise you need, the structure of our support model enables you to work with dedicated Subject Matter Expert teams (we call them SME’s for short) assigned to each of our platform’s capabilities, like Reporting, Billing, or Compliance. You can identify the appropriate SME teams through our support map and log in to submit your support request.
